But for me one of the most powerful activities was having a box on stage for conference attendees to write words keeping them 'stuck' or feelings of not being 'ENOUGH'.... Pastor Dre' brings over 25 years of Ministry experience to Legacy. Dre' grew up in North Carolina and Sherol in Wisconsin. They have a combined family of five children, (four boys, one girl) along with five beautiful grandchildren, (three boys, two girls). In their free time they both enjoy activities that take them outdoors. They have a heart to see people come to know Christ and be all that God intends for them to be.
Dr. Joycelyn Pernell-Henderson is the founder of Living By Precepts Ministries, Inc. LBPM is a 501c3 non-profit organization located in Hartford, Wisconsin. This ministry began in 2000 as a vision from God to Dr. Pernell-Henderson.
